Paper Submission

Papers need to be prepared according to the IEEE CS format, where the author(s) must indicate (in the filename) whether they wish to present their paper in poster form (post) or orally (oral). E.g., “Cloud Computing in the e-World (oral).pdf”. The final presentation format will be decided by the conference organizers.

Submissions will be done electronically and in .pdf format only. Submitted papers must range from 4 (full pages) to 6 pages and should conform to double-column IEEE format. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present his/her contribution(s) at the conference in order to be published in the conference proceedings. Here are some instructions on how to prepare your paper.

Submission system:

The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE CPS and submitted for indexing to EI. Selected papers will be recommended to the Chinese Journal of Electronics (indexed by SCI) and several international journals (indexed by SCI or EI).

Please note that each paper may be checked for plagiarism at any time during the review process. IEEE takes plagiarism very seriously, please read its policy on plagiarism before submitting.
