PhD Studentships in Structural Engineering and Steel Structures (Available)
PhD Studentships are now available for PhD students who are interested in the research on steel structures. Applicants with relevant research experience and competency will be given preference. Applicants should also fulfill the PhD admission requirement (Refer to the Graduate School website http://www.um.edu.mo/grs/admissions.html ):
The PhD studentship recipient can be offered a monthly stipend of MOP 12,000.00 ~ 14,000.00 (for a period of 3~4 years). Tuition fee is not waived. For the application of the studentship, please submit their CV (including transcripts) to Prof. Quach ( wmquach@um.edu.mo ).
Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Research Assistant positions are now available for qualified candidates who are interested in steel structures research. The applicant should have relevant research experience, independent research ability and competency which could be demonstrated by a good publication record. The salary is MOP 12,000.00 ~ 30,000.00 per month. For the application of this position, please submit their CV (including transcripts) to Prof. Quach ( wmquach@um.edu.mo ).
Research Assistantships are now available for Master degree students who are interested in the research on steel structures. Applicants must be current Master students or prospective Master students who are going to be admitted in the coming academic year [refer to the Graduate School website for Master degree admission http://www.umac.mo/grs/admissions.html ]:
The assistantship recipient can be offered a monthly stipend of MOP 7,500.00 – 10,000.00 (for a period of 2 years). Tuition fee is not waived. To apply for the assistantship, please submit their CV (including transcripts) to Prof. Quach ( wmquach@um.edu.mo ) by e-mail.
Research Assistantships are now available for Undergraduate Students to take part in a research project in Steel structures as student helpers. Each undergraduate student helper can be offered a wage for a maximum period of two months during the Summer (July & August).
